The Designer
Hello, I am Fiona Alexander. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and love fabric, sewing and beautiful design. My mother taught me to sew when I was about 8 years old and it has always been in my life. I have lived in Sydney, 13 years in London and are now back in Scotland.
Sustainable clothing - I produce small batch clothing mixing pre-loved, vintage and new fabrics.
Sewing patterns - I spent several years digitalising my sewing patterns and after launching in April 2021, won three awards at the British Sewing Awards including two in the category of Best Eco-Friendly Product. Many of my patterns have an option to reuse existing clothes and textiles.
Sustainability is so important to me - I hope you enjoy wearing or making the clothes and the Earth will thank you too xx

Easy to Follow Patterns
We have created easy to follow digital PDF sewing patterns that can be printed at home on a regular A4/US letter printer or at a copy shop.
All our patterns have step-by-step instructions with photos and illustrations.

Environmentally friendly
We encourage using good quality textiles and many of our patterns include an option to reuse clothing/fabric that already exists and so reduce excessive manufacturing, the release of plastic microfibres into our oceans and landfill.
The end result is beautiful, quality, handmade and unique clothing made with love.
